VABO Composites was founded in 2001 by Arnold Vaandrager and a companion, initially manufacturing composite storage tanks for fishing boats in Urk. Several years later, Arnold embarked on a new phase, moving the company to Emmeloord. VABO Composites quickly grew to the company it has become today, renowned for its passion, knowledge and innovation.

With a Lloyd’s approved production hall of 3000m², VABO has a group of 25 dedicated specialists working to produce the finest products. The company also has an international network of subcontractors whofly in for specific required expertise. VABO monitors and controls the quality by working with modern production processes, monitored and secured via ISO 9001 certification
